4. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at brandchristianity@gmail.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
  • Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please retain all packaging materials and contact us immediately at brandchristianity@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
